Aimee Stothers, RMT
Co-Founder · Clinic Director · Registered Massage Therapist
Aimee has had a passion for helping others for as long as she can remember. After sustaining injuries early in childhood from motor vehicle accidents and sports activities, she was introduced to natural approaches for recovery and restoring balance in her body. Experiencing the effectiveness of massage therapy firsthand, her interest in the field and passion for helping others naturally aligned, leading her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Aimee graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy with honours - both academically and practically - in 2014. She then began her career, expanding her hands-on skills across a variety of modalities in the years that followed.
Her practice is centered around women-focused care, using an integrated approach that combines massage therapy, body and breath awareness, patient education, and a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology. Aimee continues to pursue well-rounded education, with a focus on women's health, engaging in both hands-on professional development and broader learning beyond standard continuing education credits.
