Georgia Grenier, PT

Registered Physiotherapist

Growing up in the small community of Christina Lake, BC, Georgia developed an early appreciation for the connection between movement, nature, and overall well-being. Today, as a Registered Physiotherapist, she brings that same philosophy to her practice, helping people move with greater ease, build resilience, and feel more connected to their bodies.

Georgia completed both her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, and has continued to expand her practice through additional training in clinical pilates, dry needling, manual therapy, and the BradCliff Breathing Method (Level 1).

Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that lasting health extends beyond treating symptoms. She enjoys working with clients navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move and live with greater confidence. By blending hands-on treatment, movement education, intentional breath, and personalized exercise, Georgia works to uncover the 'why' behind each client's symptoms and create a treatment plan that supports meaningful, long-term change.

She believes the most rewarding outcomes happen when clients feel empowered to take an active role in their health. Her goal is to create a space where each person feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
