A short note on what we collect, why, and how it stays yours.
The short version
We collect only what we need to run the practice and stay in touch - nothing more. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. If you ever want your information removed, email brittney@wellhauscollective.ca and we'll handle it promptly.
What we collect
- Forms. When you submit our general inquiry, practitioner application, or summer-series notify form, we collect the fields you fill in (typically name, email, phone, and message). Submissions go to The Well Haus Collective's inbox via Netlify Forms.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your name and email are stored with our email provider (Mailchimp). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Bookings. Booking links lead to Jane App, an external booking and clinic-management platform used by your practitioner. Information you enter there is governed by Jane's own privacy practices.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate (for example, which pages are visited and from where). Your IP address is anonymised and we do not use analytics to identify you personally.
What we do with it
- Reply to your inquiry or application.
- Send the newsletter you subscribed to.
- Improve the site based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns.
What we don't do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- Send marketing on behalf of third parties.
- Share your information beyond the tools listed above (Netlify, Mailchimp, Jane App, Google Analytics) - each used solely to deliver this site and our services.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email brittney@wellhauscollective.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Updates
If we change anything material in how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
